Hey Black Girl! You can do SOLHOT in a lot of ways. But I have to start with one of the best things: Come! When you come to SOLHOT you are doing it, and doing it well. Come as you are with what you have, it is welcomed, respected, and cherished… Know that! You do SOLHOT when you represent Black girls with your voice, your art, your dance, your ideas, and your spirit. Working, creating, and hanging with other Black girls is a definite way to SOLHOT wherever you are. And please believe that you do SOLHOT when you flip your hair, smack your lips, dance, sing, rap, and talk; when you dream, set goals, take control, put yourself out there, and speak up for yourself; and when you’re loud, when you’re silent, when you’re thinking; and DEFINITELY when you tell your own truth. And always, ALWAYS remember to CHECK IN!
